MultiCare Health System is pleased to offer you information from our computer system on MyChart. It is important for you to know how we handle information via the Internet. These Terms & Conditions state our practices and concern for your privacy. MultiCare Health System reserves the right to cancel access at any time for any reason.

Response to Electronic Communication - MultiCare will work to provide a timely response to electronic requests. In some cases, the staff need time to gather the information. We ask that you allow at least three business days for a response. If you need a response right away, you should call your provider.

We will respond to electronic requests based on the information you give. If there is not enough information, we will not be able to provide accurate and reliable response.

Website Links - MyChart may offer links to medical websites not managed by MultiCare. These website link(s) are only for your information. MultiCare does not approve and confirm the accuracy of the information on these sites. You should not rely on the information found on the websites to treat or diagnose.

E-mail Privacy - If you use MyChart you may be sent an e-mail when there is new medical information. This means your spouse, employer or anyone else who has access to your e-mail, would know. No medical information will be sent. However, the notification of new medical information may be something you don't want others to know. Thus, you should think about this when giving an email address.
